This was the message I got from my client after I asked her to try to re-tune her music to Solfeggio Frequencies because I saw a correlation between some of the issues she was having and spikes in her music usage (listening to 440hz), when we went oven her phone usage and then muscle tested her body. This was a social media post she shared with her friends and family and gave me permission to share with you. It may sound too good to be true, but over the years I worked with people over their overall wellbeing I can say that I watched people quit eating gluten for a month, than eat it just to have worse symptoms than before. The body was able to speak louder once listened to. I see the same thing with music. If you’re sensitive to 440Hz, as many of us are – you’re reacting to it. Re-tune all your music for a month, than let me know how you feel.

“Let me tell you, there are moments in life when something just clicks. A moment when you ask yourself: “Why didn’t I see this before?”. My Holistic Healer mentioned she sees a correlation with my complaints and my music app usage. On times when I exercise more, do more meditation on regular music apps and so on – I see her more and complain to her more. And its a cycle because I keep doing more of these things trying to help myself and I get more and more dysregulated. Then she suggested I try re-tuning all of my music to Solfeggio frequencies.

Now, if you’re like I was a month ago, you might be thinking, “Solfeggio… what now?” Bare with me, because this isn’t some hocus-pocus. I’ve spent countless hours researching this after she suggested it. It blew my mind. Why isn’t this info out there? Why don’t more people know about this? I’ll try to focus on results but I urge you to research. It may be the one thing missing for you, like it was for me.

This is about sound, vibration, and the incredible, often-unseen power they hold over our well-being. For years, I’d heard whispers of these specific frequencies mentions about frequencies for specific results – 396 Hz for liberating guilt and fear, 417 Hz for facilitating change, 528 Hz for transformation and miracles (often called the “love frequency”), and so on. Now I realize that the idea is that these aren’t just notes; they are keys to unlocking harmony within our bodies, minds, and spirits.

But here’s the thing: most of our modern music isn’t tuned to these frequencies. It’s often tuned to A=440 Hz, a standard that’s been debated for its potential impact on human consciousness for decades. I decided to go all in if I wanted to really see any kind of influence, I was still skeptic. So for one entire month, I committed to re-tuning all of my music – from my morning meditation tracks to my workout playlists, even the background music while I worked or cooked or cleaned (yes, I sometimes clean y’all) – to integrate these powerful solfeggio frequencies. And oh, they are indeed – powerful (spoiler, sorry, I know!).

I dove in, using special software that converters to meticulously shift every single song. I won’t lie, for the first few days, I didn’t notice much. It was subtle, like the gentle hum of a refrigerator you only notice when it stops. But then, something shifted. I’m posting this 6 months later, so I’m not scared this is temporary as I was at first. I’m breathing into this new me, honestly with pride, I am very mindful about my healing and wellbeing and I wish this info had gotten to me somehow, so I share with an open heart. Someone out there needs it.

By day 3, I started sleeping better than I had in years. And when I say better, I mean truly restorative sleep. Not just more hours, but a deeper, more peaceful slumber that left me feeling genuinely refreshed and ready to greet the day. The tossing and turning, the waking up in the middle of the night with a mind racing – all of it lessened significantly. It was as if my nervous system was finally able to fully downshift, to find a state of calm that I almost thought my body couldn’t reach anymore. But it can. and it did.

After just one week, something profound happened. My panic attacks, began to dissipate. Not gradually, but almost abruptly. It was as if the constant low-level hum of anxiety that had always been present just… softened. The sharp edges of fear that used to grip my chest simply weren’t there anymore. It was like a weight I didn’t even realize I was carrying had been gently lifted. I found myself breathing deeper, fuller breaths, truly present in each moment without the familiar undercurrent of dread.

Two weeks in, the change was undeniable: a lot less anxiety. It wasn’t just the panic attacks that had subsided; the general hum of anxiety that had been a constant companion in my daily life dramatically reduced. Situations that would typically trigger my stress response felt lighter, more manageable. It was like the world around me was still just as busy, but my internal response to it had somehow mellowed. I felt a newfound sense of equanimity, a quiet confidence that was deeply reassuring.

And then came week three. By week three, my focus level and ability to complete tasks had doubled. This was perhaps the most surprising and impactful shift for my professional life. Where I used to struggle with procrastination, with a scattered mind jumping from one thing to the next, I found an almost laser-like focus. Tasks that once felt daunting were now approached with clarity and efficiency. It was as if the background noise in my mind had quieted, allowing for a pure, unobstructed flow of thought and action. My productivity soared, and with it, a sense of accomplishment and creative energy that I hadn’t felt in ages. Some of it completely new part of myself I didn’t know was there.

I know that normally when things change for the better we hardly notice it, but this change was so profound: I cannot imagine ever going back to listening to music without the ability to fine-tune it. This isn’t just about a preference; it’s about a significant shift in my overall well-being.

The subtle yet powerful vibrations of these solfeggio frequencies have, quite simply, re-tuned me from the inside out. They have opened up a new dimension of healing, peace, and clarity that I never knew was possible through sound.”

This was 6 months ago. She’s still doing very well on her 440Hz free diet. She’s not bothered when she hears 440Hz in a store or on the radio because her nervous system healed. But when she does workouts with music, cooks with music or dives into her subconscious for some deep work with music – she chooses the solfeggio frequency her body is asking now. Listen to your body, trust your body – it’s wisdom is as endless as it’s cells.

This shared post has been a testament to the incredible power of intention, and the profound impact that something as seemingly simple as sound can have on our lives. If you’ve ever felt like there’s a missing piece in your pursuit of well-being, or if you’re just curious to explore the uncharted territories of your own inner landscape, I encourage you to consider the world of solfeggio frequencies. You might just find, as I did, and my clients, that the right vibrations can truly change your whole system – retune to rewire.
